Al-Khabir


1. Explanation of the Name

Al‑Khabīr comes from the root خ‑ب‑ر (KH‑B‑R), meaning “to know,” “to be aware of,” and “to inform.” This Name proclaims that Allah is The All‑Aware, whose knowledge encompasses every detail of the seen and unseen, manifest and hidden.

As The One Who Is Fully Informed, He perceives every thought, intention, and action, and nothing escapes His perfect awareness.


2. About This Name

Al‑Khabīr appears in the Qur’an to remind us that Allah’s knowledge penetrates all layers of existence.

“And He is the All‑Aware of what you do.”
— Qur’an 2 : 231

Invoking Al‑Khabīr reassures us that our secret struggles, hidden pains, and private hopes are fully known to Him, guiding us to trust His wisdom.
